Close Call: Mandy Moore

Las Latinas no estamos sure if Mandy looks hott or nott in these pictures from the new issue of Vanity Fair. There's some sexiness, to be sure, but there's also an "Abigail Breslin rummaging through Cate Blanchett's No-Way-I'm-Wearing-This-Outfit closet" element we mustn't simply ignore.
